Ken did a great job with our 8000 mile check up and oil change. I looked at the cost at the parts dept., and the are very expensive for retired people. $60 to put in a cabin filter...they retail at $18.

I had a very good encounter today at George Gee KIA in Liberty Lake. My service advisor, Ken, was everything anybody could want in providing timely, informative, and insightful information. Ken answered all my questions promptly. The service call was begun and completed on time while I waited in spacious and comfortable quarters. My experience today was very like previous service calls in which Mark, another service advisor, was similarly solicitous. I am very pleased with all facets of the interactions I have had.
Excellent service, they informed me how long my service would take in advance, offered shuttle service so I didn't have to stay at the dealership for the three hours. Service was perfect, as was the timing. My car was ready to go when I arrived back at the dealership. Highly recommend George Gee.

We had a great experience at George Gee Kia with our sales rep Nick Heberer. Nick showed us cars that were exactly what we were looking for. Nick and the sales team made it a transparent process without the proverbial “check with my manager nonsense!” Additionally, he has followed up with us long after, even into making sure our service experiences were up to par. Can’t say enough about what a great overall experience we have had with the dealership, Nick, and the service department!

They would have gotten 5 stars if they didn't have my vehicle for 12 days without any communication. Once the vehicle went through the inspection they found out the issue and it was fixed in about an hour.

Ken was cheerful and knowledgeable. My only problem was a non functioning AC on my 2024 Sportage ( it should have been checked before it left factory).. KIA replaced the AC but I still haven’t received paperwork because of computer glitch. KIA American Finance sucks, with no communication with the dealer. They charge interest on additional principle payments (they only decrease number of payments due instead of taking additional payment off of principle owed (they say they have no mechanism to do so). They only speak broken English at best. They say a third party does their accounting. I’am getting ...
