Had an absolutely awesome car purchase experience at George Gee Kia! My salesperson, Joe, was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He even brought the vehicle all the way to our house to do a test drive because my wife wasn’t able to visit the dealership due to a medical issue. WOW! 10/10! I messaged Gee NW Auto late on a Friday evening about a car on their site. Within 10 minutes, I got a response from Ryan S. By Saturday morning, I was driving it home. Ryan was exceptional! Check the reviews. Gave me the wrong information, now my vehicles damaged. They can look up your warranty. Which is 3rd party, so why wouldn't they break it to make extra money. These people break vehicles when you bring them in. I had to report this just incase they are doing this. Nothing was wrong with my car prior to having them work on an accessory.

The GMC SERVICE of our KIA,SORENTO, was EXCELLENT. The service desk personnel were informative and affable from the beginning to the end of our visit. Our sales person Ryan made the entire process incredibly easy and low pressure. We live two hours from the dealership so most of our "car shopping" was on line and over the phone and Ryan showed so much patience through out our decsion-making process. We were in need of a much more fuel efficient vehicle due to the crazy fuel prices over the past few years. We also needed the vehicle to have room for a family, groceries, and many other things. Joe Schauwecker was excellent at hear my wife and I out. He did an amazing job, as did Jessica Granger who managed to help us get our insurance up to date to. All in all it was an amazing day learning about our new car and the experience of the sales people was great.

This was by far the best car buying experience ever. If you go there, ask for Carlos Morales. This guy made the experience 10/10. He didn’t make it feel like your typical car salesman.
