Ty very patiently guided my husband and me through our options (across 2 visits and 2 test drives), and helped us get everything in our new EV car set up before we left the dealership. Everything bad…but…Levi at George Gee Kia good 👍 Really struggling, had to sell the second car and then share the other car with the ex for close to two months. I started a new job but payroll wasn’t set up so couldn’t get into another car until I had my first paystub. That was delayed by 1.5 months and then ex is freaking out and then start working after 6 month layoff and it’s nuts busy. Levi had been checking in with me from a previous visit but no one would touch us because of credit. The dealership I sold my car to dropped me mid transaction when I got my paystub and refused to explain why so I was unable to get a car and ex is mad about the duration of sharing the car. Levi, reached out that same week and I gave him the run down. Levi didn’t give up and honestly without his help I would be screwed right now. He found a car but then we had to find a different car. He searched through lenders until he found a couple and then still had issues getting me approved. Levi didn’t give up. He then drove the car to my work since I couldn’t get off work and ex took the other car back. Filled the forms out at my work…took me to my house to get down payment, broke down payment into two payments, drove me back to work. The car I got isn’t perfect, the deal wasn’t perfect because of my situation but Levi really did everything to make it work for me and I am super thankful because I am really struggling and he managed to pull off the impossible when the other dealership dropped me. I purchased a 2021 Chevy Bolt EV from Nick Heberer at this dealership back in May, and I was extremely pleased with the experience. Nick himself was absolutely lovely, extremely responsive and polite. Because of some traffic delays I ended up running late and he was kind enough to stay later so I could buy the car that day. The car was used, but very well cleaned and exactly as represented online. The price was very close to what it was listed for online as well. I paid cash, and while financing was offered, I was never put under any pressure. They offered a service contract and theft prevention once, and when I declined after looking at them, that was the end of that. We got the whole affair sorted out in under an hour, and I went home with the car that day. I got the registration and plates for it before the temporary ones expired, and I got the title in hand just this week without any issue. Overall, it was an excellent experience. It's been several months and no issues have popped up with my Bolt. I think my only 'complaint' if it can be called that is that since then I've gotten a handful of fliers for the service department in the mail- Not an issue on it's own, but all of them advertise oil changes or other services that an EV doesn't need to me. I'm sure it's all automated, but it is a bit silly to see. Particularly given that they actually bother to list the car make and model on the little card. Maybe something for marketing to consider updating. Outside of that, it was exactly what I wanted a car buying experience to be. Quick, to the point, and with everything accurately represented and communicated to me.

Fast, clean deal done right

Cannot recommend Taj enough. Super helpful, only showed us what we asked for, none of the pushy salesman shticks that make you roll your eyes. Honest, reasonable, straight forward and got paperwork done FAST. They could not have made it easier and we are so happy with our new Kia and our experience. We will be back, and I would 100% recommend to family and friends.

Our experience buying our new Telluride was fantastic. They beat the prices of trade in and price of new vehicle we were wanting. Ty was incredible helpful and kind. After a horrible buying experience with my last car, I was thrilled to have the opposite experience at George Gee Kia. I knew what I wanted going in and Nick, my salesperson, was nothing but helpful and informative. No pressure sales, no hidden agendas, just kind and engaging. They negotiated with me on my trade-in, gave me some numbers to think about and in the end I was completely satisfied in deal that was made. I would most definitely recommend this KIA dealership, Nick, who was amazing, and all of the other employees I encountered while there. I purchased a 2027 Kia Seltos X-Line SX AWD Prestige and I love it!

Found the car we wanted. Taj was a no pressure, accommodating salesman and we were very happy both our experience.

Nick was so amazingly helpful and so good with the whole family! We brought the kids for the test drive and he interacted with everyone. Every knowledge and helpful. He answered all of our questions and accommodated us when we shifted what we wanted to a different trim package. He even stepped in to help wash and detail the car so we could leave in a timely manner. Evan was our finance guy and was also amazing. Such a wonderful experience and amazing staff. 10/10 highly recommend every time! We will be back!
